At Burjinn, we help property owners increase their earnings through short-term rental solutions while reducing their workload. We manage daily operations for Airbnb and other short-term rental properties globally, including online listing, photography, pricing strategies, guest communication, cleaning, laundry, providing toiletries, and guest check-in.
Your property can be listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com (and its partner websites), and TripAdvisor. The choice of platforms will depend on your property’s location, price, and unique features. If a platform doesn’t meet the necessary criteria or isn’t suitable for your target audience, it may not be listed there.
Absolutely! If your property is not yet on Airbnb, we can help you set up an account and manage it for you. Please note that while your property is managed by us, you won’t have direct access to your Airbnb account. However, you can still view all booking details through the Burjinn dashboard.
To block dates for your property, just notify us ahead of time with the dates you need. We’ll handle everything from there. Upon your arrival, the property will be clean and ready for you. Once you check out, a required cleaning fee will be charged to your account to prepare the property for the next guest
Burjinn is dedicated to maximizing your rental income. Our team of hospitality specialists has devised a detailed pricing strategy that includes factors like overall city occupancy rates, travel trends, property location, events, seasonal changes, competitor rates, and more. With our expertise, you can be assured that your rental property will generate the maximum possible revenue all year round.
Burjinn operates on a commission-based model, charging a fee for each guest’s stay. For short-term property management, our fees range between 17% and 19% of your rental revenue, depending on the number of properties you own. Additional services can be purchased separately, and there is an onboarding fee for new properties. In some areas, we also offer a fixed rent option. Yes, Burjinn requires a one-time onboarding fee to prepare your property for guests. The fee amount varies based on factors such as the property’s size, location, and availability. This fee covers the expenses of a professional photo shoot, creating your online listing on various short-term rental platforms, and a visit from one of our team members to ensure your home is fully equipped with the necessary amenities for guests.

You can easily keep track of your rental income through the detailed reports we send you every month. These reports provide comprehensive updates on your bookings, calendar, and revenue, giving you a clear overview of your property’s performance and ensuring you have all the information you need about your earnings.
Burjinn processes payments on a monthly basis. Payments are made by the end of each calendar month, ensuring you receive your earnings promptly and efficiently.
To ensure your property’s safety, we thoroughly vet guests using advanced technology and manual checks. Additionally, our 24/7 guest support is available to address any issues during their stay. You can trust our comprehensive screening and safety protocols to keep your property secure.
While we have strict guest vetting processes to ensure property safety, we recommend removing valuable items during rentals. We also conduct regular maintenance checks and carefully inspect the property after each stay to detect how guests have used the house. If guests cause damage or theft, our issue resolution specialists will collaborate with you, the platform, and the guests to recover your losses.
If you choose to end your contract with Burjinn, please notify us at least 30 days beforehand. We will deactivate your listing and return it to you. Keep in mind that you must either fulfill all existing bookings or pay the cancellation fees for any bookings you need to cancel.
